The comments on each brew verge on wine-wanker territory but these people certainly seem to enjoy the good stuff. I love the 'Good session beer' comments though. If you're a fan - Live Bootlegs of Belle and Sebastian.
Brilliant - Programmer Procrastination Excuse # 1. Thank god my days of compiling mpich against flakey Intel Itanium compilers are long gone.

If you grew up in the 70's, 80's & 90's you'll remember mix tapes - USB Mix Tape Nostalgia.
Genius - Cats map of the bed. I didn't realise they can't taste 'sweetness' does explain the penchant for vegemite though.
Not your ordinary Barcodes.
Insane - Bluetooth for Apple II.
Ulrich Drepper - Xen & VMWare - Increasing Virtualisation Insanity. I'm sure there are plenty of main-frame people that look upon the kludge of x86 virtualisation in all its forms as being pretty horrible so one guys VM gripe is not that much different from anothers.
A nice comparison - Nokia 800 vs Newton 2100. From a Newton developer who recently upgraded to a Nokia. I have to agree that the 770 is useful for what it is but its no PDA - it also has a lot of rough edges that come from its Linux heritage that indicate a lack of thought in how best to make use of the devices limited resources (eg screen real-estate). Oh and take a look at these emulators for maemo (the Nokia distro driving the 770/800) - there are Playstation, C64, Palm, Amiga and NES ones available for those that don't mind a bit of hacking.
